HEALTH SERVICES MORE AVAILABLE TO THE CITIZENS OF LEDENA STENA

Towards coming Easter holidays in Palilula Municipality two health facilities were opened. First, the work of Health Center Delijski Vis was promoted and then opened new Health center station in Ledena Stena. "It will definitely improve the level of health services in our municipality`-emphasized president Prof.dr Igor Novakovic. `New health stations are well equipped and can provide the best service, so the inhabitants of these villages do not have to go to the central building of Nis Health Center. In this way` - reminded the president Novakovic, in concrete way, `decentralization of primary care has been realized in all parts of our city.`

The inhabitants of Ledena Stena, in newly opened health station can, apart to general practitioner, use the services of pediatrician counseling, monitoring children's development.  As part of this new building receiving laboratory and pharmacy, as well as the unit of the Institute of Emergency Medicine, will work. `For the construction works on these two objects and the object in "Nikola Tesla" settlement from City budget about 25 million has been allocated and another 11 million have been invested in their equipment`-said Mr Blagoje Bradic, member of the City Council. He recalled that during this period there is a tender active for the selection of a commercial/business bank over which with the credit of German KFM bank the construction of other health objects in the city will be financed.

President of the City Assembly Prof.dr Mile Ilic and deputy of the president of the Assembly Dr Nebojsa Krstic emphasized that with this activity the aim that the health protection goes towards the patients is fully realized and that new health stations for their functions are in true sense `small-large city Health centers`

Among many others, Milan Djurdjevic, president of Palilula Assembly, Bojan Ilic, head of municipal administration, Milos Stojkovic and Boban Mikic, members of Palilula Council were present during this occasion.
